中国郑州国际少林武术节是一项集武术、旅游、文化交流于一体的大型综合性节会。自1991年以来，中国郑州国际少林武术节遵循“以武会友，共同进步”的宗旨已成功举办了7届，走过了近二十年辉煌的历程。来自世界五大洲60多个国家和地区的运动员参加了这一武术盛会。
2010年10月21日—26日，郑州将举办第八届中国郑州国际少林武术节。本届武术节由国家体育总局、河南省人民政府主办，中国武术协会、河南省体育局和郑州市人民政府承办。除举行武术比赛外，届时还将举行盛大的开幕式、迎宾式，组织观看《禅宗少林》音乐大典，参观游览少林寺，并举办武术论文报告会。具体参加办法见第八届中国郑州国际少林武术节规程。

Invitation Letter of the 8th Zhengzhou China International Shaolin Wushu Festival
Zhengzhou China International Shaolin Wushu Festival is a comprehensive festival integrated with Wushu, tourism and culture exchange. In the spirit of friendship, communication, and common progress, Zhengzhou China International Shaolin Wushu Festival has been successfully held 7 times since 1991. Athletes from all continents more than 60 countries and regions have participated in this grand festival.
The 8th Zhengzhou China International Shaolin Wushu Festival, which is organized by General Administration of Sports of China and The People’s Government of Henan Province and undertaken by Chinese Wushu Association, Sports Bureau of Henan Province and People’s Municipal Government of Zhengzhou, will be held in Zhengzhou from October 21 to 26, 2010. Besides Wushu competition, there is a series of activities including opening ceremony, greeting ceremony, Zen Music Shaolin Grand Ceremony and summit forum on Wushu.
